Gene Name: PLVAP
Specificity:
Background: Plasmalemma vesicle-associated protein is a protein that in humans is encoded by the PLVAP gene. Predicted to enable identical protein binding activity. Involved in MAPK cascade; positive regulation of cellular extravasation; and tumor necrosis factor-mediated signaling pathway. Located in cell surface. Colocalizes with caveola. Implicated in congenital diarrhea.
Immunogen: E.coli-derived human PLVAP recombinant protein (Position: N51-K422).
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
