Gene Name: PARP10
Specificity:
Background: Poly [ADP-ribose] polymerase 10 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the PARP10 gene. Poly(ADP-ribose) polymerases (PARPs), such as PARP10, regulate gene transcription by altering chromatin organization by adding ADP-ribose to histones. PARPs can also function as transcriptional cofactors.
Immunogen: E.coli-derived human PARP10 recombinant protein (Position: E14-E251). Human PARP10 shares 76.5% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse PARP10.
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
