Background: Nucleolar protein 9 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the NOL9 gene. Enables ATP-dependent polydeoxyribonucleotide 5'-hydroxyl-kinase activity. Involved in maturation of 5.8S rRNA. Located in intermediate filament cytoskeleton and nucleolus.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human NOL9 recombinant protein (Position: E131-N636). Human NOL9 shares 64.8% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse NOL9.
