Gene Name: NDUFB8
Specificity:
Background: NADH dehydrogenase [ubiquinone] 1 beta subcomplex subunit 8, mitochondrial is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the NDUFB8 gene. Accessory subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I), that is believed not to be involved in catalysis. Complex I functions in the transfer of electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain. The immediate electron acceptor for the enzyme is believed to be ubiquinone.
Immunogen: E.coli-derived human NDUFB8 recombinant protein (Position: M1-I186).
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
