Gene Name: NDUFA9
Specificity:
Background: NADH dehydrogenase [ubiquinone] 1 alpha subcomplex subunit 9 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the NDUFA9 gene. The encoded protein is a subunit of the hydrophobic protein fraction of the NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase (complex I), the first enzyme complex in the electron transport chain located in the inner mitochondrial membrane. A pseudogene has been identified on chromosome 12.
Immunogen: E.coli-derived human NDUFA9 recombinant protein (Position: Q6-I377). Human NDUFA9 shares 78.9% and 76.4% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat NDUFA9, respectively.
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
