Background: Nicalin is a protein that in humans is encoded by the NCLN gene. Enables ribosome binding activity. Involved in protein stabilization; regulation of protein complex stability; and regulation of protein-containing complex assembly. Located in endoplasmic reticulum membrane. Part of protein-containing complex.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human NCLN recombinant protein (Position: Q59-Q563). Human NCLN shares 92.9% and 92.5% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat NCLN, respectively.
