Background: MOBP may play a role in compacting or stabilizing the myelin sheath, possibly by binding the negatively charged acidic phospholipids of the cytoplasmic membrane (By similarity).

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human MOBP recombinant protein (Position: Q16-R69). Human MOBP shares 96.2% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with both mouse and rat MOBP.
