Gene Name: MINDY4
Specificity:
Background: MINDY lysine 48 deubiquitinase 4, also known as MINDY4, is a human gene. MINDY4 (MINDY Lysine 48 Deubiquitinase 4, also designated AQP1, AQP-1, CHIP28, C7orf67, and FAM188B) is a protein coding gene located on human chromosome 7p14.3. The human MINDY4 gene encodes a 757 amino acids protein containing 84372 Da. The MINDY4 protein is broadly expressed in testis, lung and other tissues. The MINDY4 gene is conserved in chimpanzee, dog, cow, mouse, rat, chicken, zebrafish, and frog. 330 organisms have orthologs with human gene MINDY4. MINDY4B is an important paralog of this MINDY4 gene.
Immunogen: E.coli-derived human MINDY4 recombinant protein (Position: E414-Q685). Human MINDY4 shares 87.5% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse MINDY4.
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
