Background: LY6D, also named as E48 and ThB, may act as a specification marker at earliest stage specification of lymphocytes between B- and T-cell development. It marks the earliest stage of B-cell specification.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human LY6D recombinant protein (Position: L21-L111). Human LY6D shares 60.4% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse LY6D.
