Gene Name: HEBP1
Specificity:
Background: Heme binding protein 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the HEBP1 gene. The full-length protein encoded by this gene is an intracellular tetrapyrrole-binding protein. This protein includes a natural chemoattractant peptide of 21 amino acids at the N-terminus, which is a natural ligand for formyl peptide receptor-like receptor 2 (FPRL2) and promotes calcium mobilization and chemotaxis in monocytes and dendritic cells.
Immunogen: E.coli-derived human HEBP1 recombinant protein (Position: K40-R162). Human HEBP1 shares 87.1% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse HEBP1.
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
