Gene Name: GIGYF1
Specificity:
Background: This gene encodes a member of the gyf family of adaptor proteins. The encoded protein contains a gyf protein interaction domain. It binds growth factor receptor bound 10, another adaptor protein that binds activated insulin-like growth factor 1 and insulin receptors and regulates receptor signaling.
Immunogen: E.coli-derived human GIGYF1 recombinant protein (Position: K55-E950). Human GIGYF1 shares 89.6% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse GIGYF1.
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
