Gene Name: ELF3
Specificity:
Background: Enables DNA-binding transcription activator activity, RNA polymerase II-specific and sequence-specific double-stranded DNA binding activity. Involved in inflammatory response; negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription; and positive regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Located in Golgi apparatus; cytosol; and nucleoplasm.
Immunogen: E.coli-derived human ELF3 recombinant protein (Position: Q48-L314). Human ELF3 shares 87.3% and 90% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat ELF3, respectively.
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
