Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin-embedded Section), 2-5 μg/ml, Rat
Gene Name: CTRC
Specificity:
Background: This gene encodes a member of the peptidase S1 family. The encoded protein is a serum calcium-decreasing factor that has chymotrypsin-like protease activity. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been observed, but their full-length nature has not been determined.
Immunogen: A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence at the C-terminus of human CTRC, which shares 86.4% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with both mouse and rat CTRC.
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
