Gene Name: CEP135
Specificity:
Background: Centrosomal protein of 135 kDa is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CEP135 gene. This gene encodes a centrosomal protein, which acts as a scaffolding protein during early centriole biogenesis, and is also required for centriole-centriole cohesion during interphase. Mutations in this gene are associated with autosomal recessive primary microcephaly-8.
Immunogen: E.coli-derived human CEP135 recombinant protein (Position: E28-E1034). Human CEP135 shares 82.8% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse CEP135.
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
