This ZipCut™ Restriction Enzyme is a rapid cutting endonuclease. | -Recommend using 1 ul per 20 ul reaction, this amount should be adjusted based on the concentration of DNA |
| -provided with 10× Reaction Buffer 1 ml×2 and 10× Reaction Color Buffer 1 ml×2. |
| -the Color Buffer enables direct loading of the digested DNA to gel without adding loading buffer. |
