It is produced by a number of different cell types (including activated T cells, B cells, macrophages, mast cells, endothelial cells and fibroblasts) in response to cytokine of immune and inflammatory stimuli. Besides granulocyte-macrophage progenitors, GM-CSF is also a growth factor for erythroid, megakaryocyte and eosinophil progenitors. On mature hematopoietic, monocytes\/macrophages, and eosinophils, GM-CSF has also been reported to have a functional role on non-hematopoitic cells. It can induce human endothelial cells to migrate and proliferate. Additionally, GM-CSF can also stimulate the proliferation of a number of tumor cell lines, including osteogenic sarcoma, carcinoma and adenocarcinoma cell lines.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"GeneBio Systems","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":40497530372196,"sku":"EPT108","price":5799.36,"currency_code":"CAD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0558\/8588\/9636\/products\/no_image_default_image-jpeg_0477866d-8e59-4ca8-b09e-e4991c2964ae.jpg?v=1660447013","url":"https:\/\/www.genebiosystems.com\/products\/recombinant-human-gm-csf","provider":"GeneBio ","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
