The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
To minimize extra influence on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, incubator temperature should be strictly controlled. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same operator from the beginning to the end.

Assay procedure summary: 1. Read at 450nm immediately.

Test principle: The test principle applied in this kit is Sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Interleukin 2 (IL2). Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Interleukin 2 (IL2). Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain Interleukin 2 (IL2), biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of Interleukin 2 (IL2) in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.

Research Area: Cytokine;Infection immunity;

References Citing This Product: Efficient intracellular delivery of siRNA with a safe multitargeted lipid-based nanoplatform

Identification and functional characterization of a novel fungal immunomodulatory protein from Postia placenta

Efficacy of Albendazole-Chitosan Microsphere-based Treatment for Alveolar Echinococcosis in Mice

Influences of Hyriopsis cumingii polysaccharides on mice immunosignaling molecules and T lymphocyte differentiation

Sex differences in complex regional pain syndrome type I (CRPS-I) in mice

In Vivo Study on the Hindrance Activity of Cinnamon Extract Against Aspergillus niger in Mice

Sonodynamic therapy‐assisted immunotherapy: A novel modality for cancer treatment

Immunomodulatory activity of Lactobacillus plantarum KLDS1. 0318 in cyclophosphamide-treated mice

Amlexanox attenuates experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis by inhibiting dendritic cell maturation and reprogramming effector and regulatory T cell …

Ginsenoside Rg3 improves cyclophosphamide-induced immunocompetence in Balb/c mice

Polysaccharide from the Seeds of Plantago asiatica L.
