Through its C-terminal death domain, this protein can be recruited by TNFRSF6\/Fas-receptor, tumor necrosis factor receptor, TNFRSF25, and TNFSF10\/TRAIL-receptor, and thus it participates in the death signaling initiated by these receptors. Interaction of this protein with the receptors unmasks the N-terminal effector domain of this protein, which allows it to recruit caspase-8, and thereby activate the cysteine protease cascade. Knockout studies in mice also suggest the importance of this protein in early T cell development.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"GeneBio Systems","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":48647197229156,"sku":"ES4391","price":477.4,"currency_code":"CAD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0558\/8588\/9636\/files\/no_image_default_image-jpeg_db090a24-bac9-40f9-a3ee-ad5c3371dff5.jpg?v=1782691722","url":"https:\/\/www.genebiosystems.com\/products\/fadd-phospho-ser191-rabbit-pab-antibody","provider":"GeneBio ","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
