The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
To minimize extra influence on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, incubator temperature should be strictly controlled. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same operator from the beginning to the end.

Assay procedure summary: 1. Read at 450nm immediately.

Test principle: The test principle applied in this kit is Sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Cytochrome C Oxidase Subunit II (COX2). Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Cytochrome C Oxidase Subunit II (COX2). Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain Cytochrome C Oxidase Subunit II (COX2), biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of Cytochrome C Oxidase Subunit II (COX2) in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.

Research Area: Enzyme & Kinase;

References Citing This Product: The effects of particulate matter on inflammation of respiratory system: Differences betweenmale and female.

Polar extract of protects cartilage homeostasis: possible mechanism of action

Barrier Strengthening and Anti-inflammatory Effect of Cucurbit Fruits on Intestinal Epithelial Cells In-vitro

Chandrasekaran Chinampudur Velusami, Edwin Jothie Richard &

1, 25-(OH) 2D3 protects Schwann cells against advanced glycation end products-induced apoptosis through PKA-NF-κB pathway

Regulation and Mechanism of miR-518d through the PPARα-Mediated NF-κB Pathway in the Development of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

Association between Serum Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor and Cyclooxygenase-2 Levels in Patients with Non-small Cell Carcinoma of Lung

Targeting NF-¦ÊB mediated cell signaling pathway and inflammatory mediators by 1, 2-diazole in A549 cells in vitro

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0558/8588/9636/files/no_image_default_image-jpeg_08c6b9fd-d168-4bd8-9a1e-1de11ad21fe0.jpg?v=1783135942
