Human SWAP70 is 585 amino acids (aa) in length. It contains one plextrin homology (PH) domain (aa 213-304) plus a coiled-coil region (aa 316-539). There are three potential splice variants. One contains an alternative start site at Met70, another shows a deletion of aa 81-138, and a third possesses a 38 aa substitution for aa 453-585.
