The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
To minimize extra influence on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, incubator temperature should be strictly controlled. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same operator from the beginning to the end.

Assay procedure summary: 1. Read at 450nm immediately.

Test principle: The test principle applied in this kit is Sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Plasminogen Activator, Urokinase (uPA). Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Plasminogen Activator, Urokinase (uPA). Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain Plasminogen Activator, Urokinase (uPA), biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of Plasminogen Activator, Urokinase (uPA) in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.

Research Area: Tumor immunity;

References Citing This Product: Decreased Hepatocyte Growth Factor (HGF) and Gamma Aminobutyric Acid (GABA) in Individuals with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

Downregulation of MACC1 inhibits invasion, migration and proliferation, attenuates cisplatin resistance and induces apoptosis in tongue squamous cell carcinoma

1, 25-Dihydroxyvitamin D3 alleviates salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma progression by suppressing GPX1 expression through the NF-κB pathway

Methylation of neurofilament light polypeptide promoter is associated with cell invasion and metastasis in NSCLC

Cytokine and Estrogen Stimulation of Endothelial Cells Augments Activation of the Surface-Bound Prekallikrein-High Molecular Weight Kininogen Complex: Implications for Hereditary Angioedema (HAE): 814

A Study Protocol: Spinal Morphology, Physical Performance, Quality of Life and Biochemical Markers in Adults at Risk of Osteoporotic Fractures

Urokinase plasminogen activator secreted by cancer-associated fibroblasts induces tumor progression via PI3K/AKT and ERK signaling in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma

Cytokine and estrogen stimulation of endothelial cells augments activation of the prekallikrein-high molecular weight kininogen complex: Implications for hereditary angioedema.

Effect of a synthetic inhibitor of urokinase plasminogen activator on the migration and invasion of human cervical cancer cells in vitro

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0558/8588/9636/files/no_image_default_image-jpeg_00cef9e6-3d14-4aee-8505-c57ec1795591.jpg?v=1783134970
