The first reaction of the pathway (also called the polyol pathway) is the reduction of glucose to sorbitol by ALDR1 with NADPH as the cofactor. SORD then oxidizes the sorbitol to fructose using NAD(+) cofactor.

Concentration:0.78 mg/mL

Immunogen:Fusion protein of human SORD

Buffer:PBS with 0.05% NaN3 and 40% Glycerol,pH7.4

Purification method:Antigen affinity purification

Dilution:IHC 1:50-1:100

Calculated MW:

ObservedMW:

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0558/8588/9636/files/no_image_default_image-jpeg_05f53ac7-5581-4359-9343-05eb73b176d9.jpg?v=1782649662
