The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
To minimize extra influence on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, incubator temperature should be strictly controlled. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same operator from the beginning to the end.

Assay procedure summary: 1. Read at 450nm immediately.

Test principle: The test principle applied in this kit is Sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to S100 Calcium Binding Protein A7 (S100A7). Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to S100 Calcium Binding Protein A7 (S100A7). Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain S100 Calcium Binding Protein A7 (S100A7), biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of S100 Calcium Binding Protein A7 (S100A7) in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.

Research Area: Tumor immunity;Infection immunity;

References Citing This Product: Serum levels of antimicrobial peptides and proteins do not correlate with psoriasis severity and are increased after treatment with fumaric acid esters

Proteomic Signature of Endothelial Dysfunction Identified in the Serum of Acute Ischemic Stroke Patients by the iTRAQ-Based LC–MS Approach

S100A7 (psoriasin) inhibits human epidermal differentiation by enhanced IL-6 secretion through IκB/NF-κB signaling

Plasma proteins as potential targets of abnormal Savda syndrome in asthma patients treated with unique Uighur prescription

The psoriasis-associated IL-17A induces and cooperates with IL-36 cytokines to control keratinocyte differentiation and function.

A potential contribution of psoriasin to vascular and epithelial abnormalities and inflammation in systemic sclerosis

Measurements of AMPs in stratum corneum of atopic dermatitis and healthy skin–tape stripping technique

Comprehensive proteomic profiling of patients' tears identifies potential biomarkers for the traumatic vegetative state

Salivary proteins from dysplastic leukoplakia and oral squamous cell carcinoma and their potential for early detection

Alarmins HMGB1, IL-33, S100A7, and S100A12 in Psoriasis Vulgaris

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0558/8588/9636/files/no_image_default_image-jpeg_322a7511-7237-4104-af5a-226cbd248522.jpg?v=1783135340
