The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
To minimize extra influence on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, incubator temperature should be strictly controlled. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same operator from the beginning to the end.

Assay procedure summary: 1. Read at 450nm immediately.

Test principle: The test principle applied in this kit is Sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Pentraxin 3, Long (PTX3). Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Pentraxin 3, Long (PTX3). Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain Pentraxin 3, Long (PTX3), biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of Pentraxin 3, Long (PTX3) in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.

Research Area: Tumor immunity;

References Citing This Product: Biochemical Analysis of Pentraxin 3 and Fibrinogen Levels in Experimental Periodontitis Model

Effect of Vagus Nerve Stimulation on Focal Transient Cerebral Ischemia and Reperfusion in Adult Male White New Zealand Rabbits

The effects of sunitinib on endometriosis

Exenatide improves ovarian and endometrial injury and preserves ovarian reserve in streptozocin induced diabetic rats

Ovarian failure in diabetic rat model: Nuclear factor-kappaB, oxidative stress, and pentraxin-3

Octreotide protects ovary against ischemia–reperfusion injury in rats: Evaluation of histological and biochemical parameters

The long pentraxin-3 is a useful marker for diagnosis of ovarian torsion: An experimental rat model

Accumulation of α-Synuclein in Cerebellar Purkinje Cells of Diabetic Rats and Its Potential Relationship with Inflammation and Oxidative Stress Markers

Study on Association of Pentraxin 3 and Diabetic Nephropathy in a Rat Model

Jie Du Tong Ye San Prevents N-Nitrosomethylbenzylamine-Induced Esophageal Carcinogenesis via Inhibition of Inflammation and Proliferation

Losartan ameliorates ovarian ischaemia/reperfusion injury in rats: an experimental study

Effects of Methylene Blue on Ovarian TorsionLDetorsion Injury in a Rat Model

Therapeutic effects of vitamin D on acetic acid-induced colitis in rats

Effect of Ileal Transposition (IT) on Angiopoietin-Like Protein-8 (ANGPTL8) and Pentraxin (PTX3) Plasma Level in Sprague-Dawley Rats Fed High-Fat Diet?¡

High Fat, High Sugar Diet and DJOS Bariatric Surgery Influence Plasma Levels of Fetuin-B, Growth Differentiation Factor-15, and Pentraxin 3 in Diet-Induced Obese …

Protective effects of dichloroacetic acid on endometrial injury and ovarian reserve in an experimental rat model of diabetes mellitus

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0558/8588/9636/files/no_image_default_image-jpeg_ea81e8fa-fc7d-40c6-90d3-5dca9049421b.jpg?v=1783144572
