It is further distinguished by its unusual exon-intron organization and preferential expression in fibroblasts and epithelial cells. It is thought that MICA functions as a stress-induced antigen that is broadly recognized by NK cells, NKT cells, and most of the subtypes of T cells. MICA and other members of this family may have been selected for specialized functions that are either ancient or derived from those of typical MHC class I genes, in analogy to some of the nonclassic mouse H-2 genes.

Immunogen: Expression system for standard: NS0; Immunogen sequence: E24-W307

Clonality:

Contents:

Purification:

Reconstitution:

Reference:

Uniprot ID: Q29983

Host:

Concentration:

Conjugate:

Cross Reactivity: There is no detectable cross-reactivity with other relevant proteins.

Isotype:

Phospho_site:

Clone Number:

Observed Molecular Weight:

Calculated Molecular Weight:

Gene ID: 100507436

Protein Name: MHC class I polypeptide-related sequence A

Gene Full Name: MHC class I polypeptide-related sequence A

Synonyms: MIC A; MICA; PERB11.1

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0558/8588/9636/files/no_image_default_image-jpeg_a6038655-52b0-4c2c-bc98-e0c1b28cf12b.jpg?v=1784414437
