The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
To minimize extra influence on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, incubator temperature should be strictly controlled. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same operator from the beginning to the end.

Assay procedure summary: 1. Read at 450nm immediately.

Test principle: The test principle applied in this kit is Sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Cyclophilin A (CYPA). Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Cyclophilin A (CYPA). Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain Cyclophilin A (CYPA), biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of Cyclophilin A (CYPA) in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.

Research Area: Tumor immunity;Infection immunity;

References Citing This Product: EMMPRIN and its ligand cyclophilin A regulate MT1-MMP, MMP-9 and M-CSF during foam cell formation

Cyclophilin-A: a novel biomarker for untreated male essential hypertension

Plasma level of cyclophilin A is increased in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and suggests presence of vascular disease

Decrease in Plasma Cyclophilin A Concentration at 1 Month after Myocardial Infarction Predicts Better Left Ventricular Performance and Synchronicity at 6 Months: A Pilot Study in Patients with ST Elevation Myocardial Infarction

Cyclophilin A in Ruptured Intracranial Aneurysm

PPIA rs6850: A> G single-nucleotide polymorphism is associated with raised plasma cyclophilin A levels in patients with coronary artery disease

Urinary Cyclophilin A as a New Marker for Diabetic Nephropathy: A Cross-Sectional Analysis of Diabetes Mellitus

Cyclophilin A enhances macrophage differentiation and lipid uptake in high glucose conditions: a cellular mechanism for accelerated macro vascular disease in diabetes mellitus.

Metformin attenuates effects of cyclophilin A on macrophages, reduces lipid uptake and secretion of cytokines by repressing decreased AMPK activity

Cyclophilin A and CD147 associate with progression of diabetic nephropathy

Association of cyclophilin A level and pulse pressure in predicting recurrence of cerebral infarction

Cyclophilin A/EMMPRIN Axis Is Involved in Pro-Fibrotic Processes Associated with Thoracic Aortic Aneurysm of Marfan Syndrome Patients

APPENDIX A: Relationship between cyclophilin A levels and matrix metalloproteinase-9 activity in cerebrospinal fluid of cognitively normal apolipoprotein E4 carriers …

Urinary podocalyxin and cyclophilin A: markers for early detection of type 2 diabetic nephropathy

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0558/8588/9636/files/no_image_default_image-jpeg_dbec819a-1211-43c8-8f57-0a41455cb863.jpg?v=1783135458
