The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
To minimize extra influence on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, incubator temperature should be strictly controlled. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same operator from the beginning to the end.

Assay procedure summary: 1. Prepare all reagents, samples and standards;
2. Add 50µL standard or sample to each well.
    And then add 50µL prepared Detection Reagent A immediately.
    Shake and mix. Incubate 1 hour at 37°C;
3. Aspirate and wash 3 times;
4. Add 100µL prepared Detection Reagent B. Incubate 30 minutes at 37°C;
5. Aspirate and wash 5 times;
6. Add 90µL Substrate Solution. Incubate 10-20 minutes at 37°C;
7. Add 50µL Stop Solution. Read at 450 nm immediately.

Test principle: This assay employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. A monoclonal antibody specific to Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) has been pre-coated onto a microplate. A competitive inhibition reaction is launched between biotin labeled Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) and unlabeled Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) (Standards or samples) with the pre-coated antibody specific to Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH). After incubation the unbound conjugate is washed off. Next, avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. The amount of bound HRP conjugate is reverse proportional to the concentration of Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) in the sample. After addition of the substrate solution, the intensity of color developed is reverse proportional to the concentration of Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) in the sample.

Research Area: Endocrinology;Reproductive science;Hormone metabolism;

References Citing This Product: Influence of gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist on the effect of chemotherapy upon ovarian cancer and the prevention of chemotherapy-induced ovarian damage: an experimental study with nu/nu athymic mice.

Association Between AMH, Oocyte Number and Availability of Embryos for Cryopreservation in IVF

The effects of isotretinoin on the ovarian reserve of females with acne

Increased expression of anti mullerian hormone and its receptor in endometriosis

Decreased ovarian reserve in female Sprague–Dawley rats induced by isotretinoin (retinoic acid) exposure

The influence of circulating anti-Müllerian hormone on ovarian responsiveness to ovulation induction with gonadotrophins in women with polycystic ovarian syndrome: a pilot study.

Increased expression of antimüllerian hormone and its receptor in endometriosis

Maternal serum anti-Müllerian hormone at 11-13 weeks' gestation in the prediction of preeclampsia

The effect of childhood cancer therapy on ovarian reserve and pubertal development

Anti-Proliferative and Apoptotic Activities of Müllerian Inhibiting Substance Combined with Calcitriol in Ovarian Cancer Cell Lines

Can Coenzyme Q10 supplementation protect the ovarian reserve against oxidative damage?

Prognostic Value of Anti-Müllerian Hormone and Inhibin B in Patients with Premenopausal Hormone Receptor-positive Breast Cancer

Environmental exposure to polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs): The correlation with and impact on reproductive hormones in umbilical cord serum.

Intrafollicular inflammatory cytokines but not steroid hormone concentrations are increased in naturally matured follicles of women with proven endometriosis.

Are anti-Müllerian hormone and its receptor polymorphism associated with the hormonal condition of undescended testes?

Anti-Proliferative and Apoptotic Activities of M?
