Collection: Nucleotides for PCR
Individual or set of dNTPs, dUTP, rNTP, four 2'-F-dNTPs at various concentrations, 10, 25 and 100 mM
-
10 mM each dNTP Mixture: dNTP mixture, at this concentration, it is ready to use for setting up your PCR reactions
-
25 mM each dNTP Mixture: dNTP mixture, at this concentraiton it is ready to use for setting up some of your PCR experiments, including optimization experiments.
-
100 mM dNTP Set: a set of 4 individual dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP, individually packaged, each at 100 mM, so that you can make your own dNTP mix at any concentration.
-
100 mM dUTP: dUTP can be used to substitute for dTTP in PCR and other DNA synthesis reactions. Products containing dU bases can be digested by uracil-DNA glycosylase (UDG). UDG and dUTP used together in PCR can thus be the basis for removing PCR amplicon contamination, effectively minimizing the risk of carry-over contamination in PCR laboratories.
-
100 mM rNTP Set: four individual rNTPs, i.e., ATP, CTP, GTP and TTP, each at 100 mM, used in RNA synthesis reactions, for example in vitro transcription.
-
100 mM 2'-F-dNTP Set: four individual nucleotides, each at 100 mM, they can be used in RNA synthesis reactions to product RNA with increased stability.
