BCMA contains one extracellular cysteine rich domain, as well as TACI. Human BCMA is a 184 amino acid (aa) protein consisting of a 54 aa extracellular domain, a 23 aa transmembrane domain, and a 107 aa intracellular domain. Mouse and human BCMA share 62% amino acid identity. BCMA is mainly expressed in immune organs and mature B cell lines. BCMA appears to be localized to the Golgi compartment. BCMA may play an important role in B cell development, function and regulation.

Concentration:

Activity: Not validated for activity

Sequence: Met1-Ala54

Purity: > 85 % as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE.

Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of PBS, pH 7.4.
Normally 5% - 8% trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween 80 are added as protectants before lyophilization.
Please refer to the specific buffer information in the printed manual.

Reconstitution: Please refer to the printed manual for detailed information.

Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.

Calculated MW: 34.6 kDa

ObservedMW: 38-45 kDa

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0558/8588/9636/files/no_image_default_image-jpeg_e57ab642-f781-4d99-9c6c-4d4cbff157a4.jpg?v=1772389927
