The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
To minimize extra influence on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, incubator temperature should be strictly controlled. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same operator from the beginning to the end.

Assay procedure summary: 1. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Interferon Alpha (IFNa). Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Interferon Alpha (IFNa). Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain Interferon Alpha (IFNa), biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of Interferon Alpha (IFNa) in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.

Research Area: Cytokine;Infection immunity;

References Citing This Product: The cathelicidins LL-37 and rCRAMP are associated with pathogenic events of arthritis in humans and rats

Experimental rat model for alcohol-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head

Andrographolide exerts anti-hepatitis C virus activity by up-regulating haeme oxygenase-1 via the p38 MAPK/Nrf2 pathway in human hepatoma cells

siRNA Targeting the 2A pro Genomic Region Prevents Enterovirus 71 Replication In Vitro

Sulforaphane Suppresses Hepatitis C Virus Replication by Up-ReCavia (Guinea pig )lating Heme Oxygenase-1 Expressionthrough PI3K/Nrf2 Pathway.

Host miR-146a promotes replication of human cytomegalovirus by suppressing type I IFN response in MRC-5 cells

MicroRNA-548j inhibits type I interferon production by targeting ZBTB11 in patients with chronic hepatitis B

Fucoidan from Fucus vesiculosus suppresses hepatitis B virus replication by enhancing extracellular signal-regulated Kinase activation.

Toll-like receptor 9 ligands increase type I interferon induced B-cell activating factor expression in chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyposis

Role of Toll‐like receptor 9 signaling on activation of nasal polyp–derived fibroblasts and its association with nasal polypogenesis

Collagen triple helix repeat containing-1: a novel biomarker associated with disease activity in Systemic lupus erythematosus

Scavenger receptor A impairs interferon response to HBV infection by limiting TRAF 3 ubiquitination through recruiting OTUB 1

Influenza virus neuraminidase regulates host CD8+ T-cell response in mice

IFN©\\¦Á and TNF©\\¦Á serum levels and their association with disease severity in Egyptian children and adults with alopecia areata

Orexin A Suppresses the Expression of Exosomal PD-L1 in Colon Cancer and Promotes T Cell Activity by Inhibiting JAK2/STAT3 Signaling Pathway

Clinical findings of Talaromyces marneffei infection among patients with anti-interferon-¦Ã immunodeficiency: a prospective cohort study

The anti-inflammatory activity of specific-sized hyaluronic acid oligosaccharides

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0558/8588/9636/files/no_image_default_image-jpeg_4380647d-e777-4bbd-b08d-08e6b0a30876.jpg?v=1783134269
