In addition, it has one visible excitation peak at 491nm. Add 2-5µL of DyeNA-View™ to the gel solution. Swirl the flask gently to mix the stain solution into the molten agarose while avoiding bubbles.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ol\u003e\n\u003col start=\"4\"\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePour enough gel solution into the gel tray until the comb teeth are immersed at least about ¼-½ into the gel solution.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ol\u003e\n\u003col start=\"5\"\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eAllow the agarose gel to cool until solidified.
