The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
To minimize extra influence on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, incubator temperature should be strictly controlled. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same operator from the beginning to the end.

Assay procedure summary: 1. Read at 450nm immediately.

Test principle: The test principle applied in this kit is Sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Interleukin 1 Beta (IL1b). Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Interleukin 1 Beta (IL1b). Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain Interleukin 1 Beta (IL1b), biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of Interleukin 1 Beta (IL1b) in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.

Research Area: Cytokine;Tumor immunity;Infection immunity;

References Citing This Product: Grape seed extract supplementation attenuates the heat stress-induced responses of jejunum epithelial cells in Simmental?×?Qinchuan steers

Alteration in peripheral blood concentration of certain pro-inflammatory cytokines in cows developing retention of fetal membranes

Gln Attenuates LPS-induced Inflammatory Injury of Bos taurus Testis Sustentacular Cells

Chemical composition of Cyclocarya paliurus polysaccharide and inflammatory effects in lipopolysaccharide-stimulated RAW264.7 macrophage

A study of altered cytokine rhythms associated with successful implantation in cows

A proinflammatory response of bovine endometrial epithelial cells to active sperm in vitro

Metabolism and immune status during transition period influences the lactation performance in Zebu (Bos indicus () cows

Early cytokine response after vaccination with Coxiella burnetii phase I in an infected herd of dairy cattle

Adipose tissue proteomic analysis in ketotic or healthy Holstein cows in early lactation

Mitochondrial membrane protein mitofusin 2 as a potential therapeutic target for treating free fatty acid–induced hepatic inflammation in dairy cows during early …

Peripheral concentrations of metabolic and inflammatory indicators during transition period and their relationship with postpartum clinical endometritis in dairy …

Effect of alfalfa hay and starter feed supplementation on caecal microbiota and fermentation, growth, and health of yak calves

Optimizing the growth and immune system of dairy calves by subdividing the pre-weaning period and providing different milk volumes for each stage

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0558/8588/9636/files/no_image_default_image-jpeg_eef88dd1-2d47-4755-8faf-832d037c8d69.jpg?v=1783134494
