In turn, MAP3K7\/TAK1 activates IKKs (CHUK\/IKKA and IKBKB\/IKKB) leading to NF-kappa-B nuclear translocation and activation. Alternatively, phosphorylates TIRAP to promote its ubiquitination and subsequent degradation.
