The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
To minimize extra influence on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, incubator temperature should be strictly controlled. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same operator from the beginning to the end.

Assay procedure summary: 1. Read at 450nm immediately.

Test principle: The test principle applied in this kit is Sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Annexin A2 (ANXA2). Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Annexin A2 (ANXA2). Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain Annexin A2 (ANXA2), biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of Annexin A2 (ANXA2) in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.

Research Area: Signal transduction;Tumor immunity;Bone metabolism;

References Citing This Product: Subcellular proteome analysis unraveled annexin A2 related to immune liver fibrosis

Expression characteristics and diagnostic value of annexin A2 in hepatocellular carcinoma

Annexin A2 is not a good biomarker for hepatocellular carcinoma in cirrhosis

Annexin A2 Versus Afp as An Efficient Diagnostic Serum Marker for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Serum annexin A2 levels in acute brucellosis and brucellar spondylodiscitis

Circulating annexin A2 as a biomarker in gastric cancer patients: Correlation with clinical variables

Serum Levels of Annexin A2 as a Candidate Biomarker for Hepatic Fibrosis in Patients With Chronic Hepatitis B

Up-regulation of annexin A2 expression predicates advanced clinicopathological features and poor prognosis in hepatocellular carcinoma

Circulating

Evaluation of annexin A2 and as potential biomarkers for hepatocellular carcinoma

Stairs instead of elevators at the workplace decreases PCSK9 levels in a healthy population

Serum Annexin A2 Level Is Associated With Diagnosis and Prognosis in Patients With OralSquamous Cell Carcinoma.

Assessment of annexin A5 and annexin A2 levels as biomarkers for pre-eclampsia: A pilot study.

Epigallocatechin gallate induces an up-regulation of LDL receptor accompanied by a reduction of PCSK9 via the annexin A2-independent pathway in HepG2 cells.

Expression of annexin A2 in adenomyosis and dysmenorrhea

Extracellular Vesicles-Based Biomarkers Represent a Promising Liquid Biopsy in Endometrial Cancer

PLASMA BIOMARKER FOR OVARIAN CANCER

Diagnostic Value of Plasma Annexin A2 in Early-Stage High-Grade Serous Ovarian Cancer.
