The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
To minimize extra influence on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, incubator temperature should be strictly controlled. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same operator from the beginning to the end.

Assay procedure summary: 1. Read at 450nm immediately.

Test principle: The test principle applied in this kit is Sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Renalase (RNLS). Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Renalase (RNLS). Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain Renalase (RNLS), biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of Renalase (RNLS) in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.

Research Area: Enzyme & Kinase;

References Citing This Product: Renalase, kidney function, and markers of endothelial dysfunction in renal transplant recipients

Renalase, Stroke, and Hypertension in Hemodialyzed Patients

Renalase in peritoneal dialysis patients is not related to blood pressure, but to dialysis vintage.

Vascular adhesion protein-1 and renalase in regard to diabetes in hemodialysis patients

Circulating Levels of Renalase, Norepinephrine, and Dopamine in Dialysis Patients

VAP-1 in chronic kidney disease and diabetic kidney disease

The relationship between dopamine and renalase in type 2 diabetic patients with and without diabetic nephropathy

Renalase, a novel enzyme involved in blood pressure regulation, is related to kidney function but not to blood pressure in hemodialysis patients.

Renalase in hypertension and kidney disease

Markers of increased cardiovascular risk in patients with chronic kidney disease

Plasma and urine renalase levels and activity during the recovery of renal function in kidney transplant recipients

Normal values for urine renalase excretion in children

Low plasma renalase concentration in hypertensive patients after surgical repair of coarctation of aorta

Effect of salt intake and potassium supplementation on urinary renalase and serum dopamine levels in Chinese adults

Circulating renalase, catecholamines, and vascular adhesion

Renalase levels in children with solitary functioning kidney

SP321
//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0558/8588/9636/files/no_image_default_image-jpeg_11eeeed9-ccf1-4f57-ab8c-19dccb0b9158.jpg?v=1783134941
