The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
To minimize extra influence on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, incubator temperature should be strictly controlled. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same operator from the beginning to the end.

Assay procedure summary: 1. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Cardiac Troponin I (cTnI). Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Cardiac Troponin I (cTnI). Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain Cardiac Troponin I (cTnI), biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of Cardiac Troponin I (cTnI) in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.

Research Area: Cardiovascular biology;

References Citing This Product: Cathepsin B aggravates coxsackievirus B3-induced myocarditis through activating the inflammasome and promoting pyroptosis

Melatonin balance the autophagy and apoptosis by regulating UCP2 in the LPS-induced cardiomyopathy

Protective effects of two novel nitronyl nitroxide radicals on heart failure induced by hypobaric hypoxia

Red blood cell-derived semaphorin 7A promotes thrombo-inflammation in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury through platelet GPIb

NLRX1 knockout aggravates lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced heart injury and attenuates the anti-LPS cardioprotective effect of CYP2J2/11, 12-EET by enhancing …

Inhibition of calpain alleviates coxsackievirus B3-induced myocarditis through suppressing the canonical NLRP3 inflammasome/caspase-1-mediated and …

Early label-free analysis of mitochondrial redox states by Raman spectroscopy predicts septic outcomes

Pharmacological inhibition of arachidonate 12-lipoxygenase ameliorates myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in multiple species

Pea (Pisum sativum) peel extract attenuates DOX-induced oxidative myocardial injury

Nicotinic Acid Riboside Regulates Nrf-2/P62-Related Oxidative Stress and Autophagy to Attenuate Doxorubicin-Induced Cardiomyocyte Injury

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0558/8588/9636/files/no_image_default_image-jpeg_e34fb7c7-c0ca-42b1-9650-7ded56a3f150.jpg?v=1783134114
